

I just read this awesome article by Claire Georgiou at JoinTheReboot.com and you can find it here. This article goes over lactose intolerance, dairy allergies, and dairy intolerance. It also goes over dairy alternatives you can consume after your juice fast. One of the reasons why I am going to stick with a vegan diet after my fast, is I have had lots of bad side effects that point to the fact that I had a dairy intolerance.
and this article in the huffington post goes over the “China Project” which concludes that “the vast majority perhaps 80 to 90% of all cancers, cardiovascular diseases, and other forms of degenerative illness can be prevented, at least until very old age, simply by adopting a plant-based diet.”
