What have I gotten myself into?
After three days of committing to becoming vegan, I have felt like complete shit. Since I am the only one in my house living off of this diet, naturally there won’t be nearly as much food resources for me to eat. I have been craving cheese and products with milk and eggs in them. FML. No more chocolate for me. This may be harder than I predicted it to be. I AM HUNGRY ALL THE TIME.
Well, since this is transition time, I think you should indulge yourself going to the grocery store and buying everything you find ;) If you live in the US or in Europe, Perú or Argentina, there’s plenty of food you can eat. It may be a bit boring to start reading ingredients, but once you get to know which products are vegan, life’s much easier.
If you can’t buy stuff with vegetal milk and fake eggs, you can cook them. It’s easy and great fun. I love cooking and baking, so I can help you with that ;)
And finally, there exists vegan chocolate :D YEY! Check bitter ones, they regularly do not have dairy. In my country, coverture chocolate is vegan too (the bitter one, of course the milk chocolate and the white one are not), so you can buy cheap and lots of chocolate.
